We always stand behind our work, as our policies show. When we perform any service or repair on your appliances, you also get the backing of the following policies:

1. All of our work is guaranteed and backed by the appliance manufacturer for 90 days on parts and one-year labor by us. If the same problem occurs again within the warranty period, just call us and we will come back and fix it without charge.
2. If you have any issues with the work we performed, we will do our best to ensure your satisfaction.
3. We use only brand new parts, all of which are covered with the manufacturer’s warranty.
4. All work is done on your premises.
5. All of our technicians are professionally trained and experienced. 99% of the time we have the replacement parts in our vehicle, which gives us the ability to complete the project right away.
