Gilbert Clogged Dryer Vent

Recently we had a customer call in from Gilbert with a concern that their dryer was taking too long to complete a dry cycle. When we arrived we determined that the dryer operation was normal, however the moisture build up inside the unit was far too high. This happens when the unit cannot move the hot moist air outside the home through the wall vent. Here is a picture of what we pulled out of the wall.
