We always stand behind our work, as our policies show. When we perform any service or repair on your appliances, you also get the backing of the following policies:

• All of our work is guaranteed and backed by the appliance manufacturer for 90 days on parts and one-year labor by us. If the same problem occurs again within the warranty period, just call us and we will come back and fix it without charge.
• If you have any issues with the work we performed, we will do our best to ensure your satisfaction.
• We use only brand new parts, all of which are covered with the manufacturer’s warranty.
• All work is done on your premises.
• All of our technicians are professionally trained and experienced. 99% of the time we have the replacement parts in our vehicle, which gives us the ability to complete the project right away.
