A silly little hairline fracture in the settings knob of our new dryer screwed up our timer and made it inoperable. They don’t make appliances like they used to! Anyway, I looked up Affordable Appliance Repair and they were very quick to get me scheduled. Our tech was Brian Farmer. For both the diagnostic visit and the repair visit, he communicated well in advance his ETA and arrived early or on time for the start of our appointment window. He was friendly, quick, and to the point. While waiting for the replacement parts to arrive, he demonstrated a temporary fix to operate our dryer so I didn’t have to hang my clothes outside to dry anymore, since one of the parts was on back order for 6–8 weeks. Thankfully it arrived in less than a week. It was a pleasant experience and took a lot of stress off our family thanks to Brian. Highly recommend their services!
