We both were sorry that the washer had done its job as it was 30 years old and unfixable. I am an older senior and he was so patient with my questions. Affordable Appliance Repair Again
Stephanie took my request over the phone and was very easy to talk to. She took detailed information about my refrigerator and the problems I was having. Jason was the service technician. He arrived on time and was very pleasant and personable. He didn’t even get annoyed with my dog barking at him. He replaced the condenser fan motor in the refrigerator, and it is running nice and quietly now. The cost was quite reasonable.
Edit: 11 months later and my refrigerator is still working great! But my washing machine broke. Having repair people come over can be stressful, especially with an excitable little dog, but I remembered the positive experience I had with Jason last year and requested him. The woman I spoke with took down the information regarding the make, model, and what was wrong, and Jason came prepared with the part he thought it needed, and he was right! It’s working well now. I’m glad I was able to get it repaired, and I will contact Affordable Appliance Repair again if something else goes wrong with one of my appliances.
